shipping and returns

I will ship all orders either priority mail or first class mail, so you should see your lovely purchases about 3 days or less after I ship.  In the vast majority of cases, your item is already crafted and can be shipped within 48 hours of your purchase, which means that you are looking at about 5 or so days from order date to receive date.  

Please allow an extra 5 days for custom orders.

FREE LOCAL DROPOFF/PICKUP:

If you see Wein regularly, then she will gladly give you your order in person so you don't have to pay shipping costs.  In order to ensure that you are not charged for shipping at checkout, please select Antarctica as your shipping location when checking out.  Please do not choose this option if we will truly be shipping your order.  If you do on accident, we will email you an invoice for the extra funds needed in order to ship your order.

I will do my very best to always keep prices fair and quality amazing, so a formal return policy may not be issued.  However, if you are just simply saddened by what you receive, please contact me first.  Returns must be received in original packaging, unloved and re-sellable and I will refund your original purchase price minus shipping.
